For breakfast, it’s mini frittatas with zucchini, corn and cheese.  The recipe can be found here.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday’s lunch is a new all-in-one recipe in the Thermomix – layering the rice, vegetables and chicken and cooking them all at the same time!  Click here for the recipe.

Monday and Tuesday’s dinner is another new recipe – a beef and vegetable stew made in the Thermomix.  The draft recipe can be found below.

Wednesday’s dinner and Thursday’s lunch is one of my other half’s favourite dishes in the Thermomix – sausages with cauliflower and white bean purée and peas.  The recipe is here.

Thursday’s dinner will be crispy skin salmon with snow peas and asparagus.  Using the Varoma, I’ll steam the salmon (in the tray) and vegetables (in the bowl) and then crisp up the salmon skin in the frying pan.  Instructions for cooking the salmon can be found here.
