Chicken Mince
Control what goes into your chicken mince by making your own in the Thermomix.
Ingredients
- 600 g chicken cut into 3-3.5cm pieces
Instructions
- Put chicken pieces into the freezer for 30 minutes
- Put the chicken into the Thermomix bowl and close the lid with the measuring cup on
- Press and hold Turbo for 1 second
- Repeat Step 3 two more times (for a total of 3 seconds)
