Sweet Potato and Pumpkin Soup

Page Contents: Recipe

Jump to Recipe

My first attempt at soup in the Thermomix worked out so well, that I thought I’d make another one.  A lot of creamed soup recipes include flour, butter or cream to thicken them – but I think potato or sweet potato works well, while providing a bit more nutritional value.

Sweet Potato and Pumpkin Soup

This soup is a classic combination of sweet potato and pumpkin. The Thermomix does its thing of cooking and stirring, and then quickly blending the soup into a silky, smooth texture.
