Instructions
Put onion, leeks, garlic and bacon into the Thermomix bowl and chop with the measuring cup (MC) on for 3 seconds | Speed 5
Scrape down the sides of the bowl, add oil and cook with the MC off for 4 minutes | Varoma | Speed 1
Add remaining ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and stir to combine
Add enough water to reach the 2L mark in the Thermomix bowl and cook for 30 minutes | 100C | Reverse | Speed soft with the Thermomix basket sitting on top of the lid
