White (Cannellini) Bean Spread
An easy recipe for a high-protein spread using cannellini beans and parmesan cheese. Lemon juice gives the recipe a little zing.
Ingredients
- 400 g can cannellini beans drained, rinsed
- 20 g grated parmesan cheese
- 40 g lemon juice
- 15 g olive oil
- Salt and pepper to season
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the Thermomix bowl and mix for 30 seconds | Speed 4
