Homemade pizza is easy with the Thermomix – and you can increase the nutritional value with the addition of whole wheat grains. This recipe modifies the pizza dough recipe in the Thermomix Everyday Cookbook and a helpful tip from my Thermomix consultant to heat the milk before adding the yeast.

- Remove the dough to a baking mat, wrap in the mat and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes
