Quinoa Porridge with Apples and Cinnamon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 apple quartered and de-seeded
  • 80 g quinoa washed
  • 90 g water
  • 55 g reduced fat milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnanmon
  • Honey to taste (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Put the apple in the Thermomix bowl and chop for 3 seconds/Speed 5
  • Scrap down the sides of the bowl with the spatula, add quinoa, water, milk, salt and cinnamon and cook with the measuring cup (MC) half off for 15 minutes | 100C | Reverse | Speed 2 until the liquid is absorbed and quinoa is opaque
  • Top with honey to serve
